All our forged lightweight rims are made of high-precision German and Japanese CNC machine tools. When the vehicle is driving at high speed, our forged lightweight rims can keep balance, so it has almost no additional jitter, thus extending the service life of the tire by 30%.

All our hubs are in accordance with AVI Japan and TUV Germany standards. Our factory has been certified by ISO / TS16949.

Production process

All our wheels are forged with 10000 ton forging press.

Aluminum rod 6061 - forging - Roughing - CNC machine tool - Pretreatment - finishing - Inspection and test - packaging.

Q1. What kind of finishing can you do?

A1. Black, silver, bronze, matte black, gray, ultra black, ultra silver, machining surface, color line, chromium, vacuum chromium, full polish, grinding, sandblasting, etc.

Q2. How to order and pay?

A2. After you choose, we will give you a PI. You can remit by wire transfer or open a 100% irrevocable L / C at sight.

Q3. Can you help me build a new brand in the market?

A3. Yes, we are happy to do so.

Q4. Can I take a sample to check the quality of the product first?

A4. If the customer opens a mold in our company, we can provide a sample.

Q5. In case of quality problems, what do you do?

A5. First, you should take a photo or video and send it to us; second, we will send you a new wheel and pay for it all; or you can deduct the cost of the wheel from the next order
